From 1992 through 2006, XØ:p provided design, technical and distribution services for select, modular architectural products to architects, contractors and end-users for institutional and commercial building projects.

TRG, a joint venture of XO:p and MK Read & Co Inc, was established in January 1992 to design, develop and manufacture modular building systems and products. As part of its  three-year plan to gain industry knowledge and manufacturing sources, TRG acquired H. A. Francis & Company, a 40 year old wholesale distributor of building materials, and incorporated its sales force and product line into an expanded line of specification-oriented architectural metal, chemical and modular surfacing products. TRG operated first from a 7,500 SF warehouse at the Monarch Industrial Park in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, and then, after acquiring exclusive distribution rights of Kentile Floors in New York and New Jersey in 1994, moved to a 50,000 SF warehouse in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. In 1996, having achieved its objectives, TRG sold its assets and expired its operations as a distribution business.  Following is a partial list of exclusive product lines of national and international brands distributed by TRG:

Dinoflex Manufacturing Ltd, based in Salmon Arm BC Canada, manufactures a broad range of specification oriented products using recycled rubber suited for various interior and exterior architectural and sitework applications.  XØ Projects Inc provides design, technical and distribution services for DML and other modular architectural products specified by architects for institutional, commercial and residential building projects.
